We hold these truths to be self-evident: – that all men are created equal; that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable [can’t be removed without due process of common law] rights [given to all sentient beings by the One Creator]; that among these are life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.
The history of the present King [Queen] of Great Britain is a history of repeated injuries and usurpations, all having in direct object the establishment of an absolute tyranny [Communism or Fascism or Technocracy or other centralized rule by psychopath] over these states [All 50]. To prove this, let facts be submitted to a candid world:
For abolishing the free system of English laws [American Common Law], in a neighboring province [District of Criminals D.C.], establishing therein an arbitrary government [US Federal Corporation], and enlarging its boundaries [Federal Territories (STATE OF _____)], so as to render it at once an example and fit instrument for introducing the same absolute rule [tyranny] into these colonies [independent states].
He has erected a multitude of new offices [policy makers], and sent hither swarms of officers [policy enforcers (Police)], to harass our people and eat out their substance.
He has kept among us, in times of peace, standing armies [policy enforcers], without the consent of our legislatures [no common law due process given under bills of attainder].
He has combined with others to subject us to a jurisdiction foreign to our constitution [Roman Civil Law (international pirate law) imposed through the UCC (universal commercial code)], and unacknowledged by our laws [common law]; giving his assent to their acts of pretended legislation.
For imposing taxes on us without our consent.
For depriving us, in many cases, of the benefits of trial by jury [and trafficking our children].
For taking away our charters, abolishing our most valuable laws [common law], and altering, fundamentally, the forms of our government [America is not a demonocracy].
We, therefore, the representatives of the United States of America, in general congress assembled, appealing to the supreme judge of the world for the rectitude of our intentions [acting in good faith], do, in the name, and by the authority of the good people of these colonies, solemnly publish and declare, that these United Colonies are, and of right ought to be, free and independent states;
that they are absolved from all allegiance to the British crown, and that all political connection between them and the state of Great Britain is, and ought to be, totally dissolved; and that, as free and independent states, they have full power to levy war, conclude peace, contract alliances, establish commerce, and to do all other acts and things which independent states may of right do. And for the support of this declaration, with a firm reliance on the protection of Divine Providence, we mutually pledge to each other our lives, our fortunes, and our sacred honor.
